This feed for example:

http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?Category=TOPSTORIES&template=rss&...

doesn't show an error, but it won't load any items. If I turn on
debugging, I see in the log:

I think the program is having trouble reading the date and defaulting to
epoch. As a temporary work around I can get these feeds working by setting
Delete Entries older than to 0, however even with this, several other feeds
still won't work, they all show the error:

2010-07-01T12:10:13-04:00 ERR (3): plugins_rss_feed: feed fetch error - A
feed could not be found at
http://www.southbendtribune.com/section/XML&c=TOPSTORY&mime=xml

Which seems to be a SimplePie error. I've tried it set to RSS Feed and RSS
Feed for Feeds with Errors and it won't work either way.
