Can send it tomorrow... Is it possible that OPML import fails for some reason if allow_url_fopen is off in php.ini? I don't think I have tested the import after I changed that setting (and now I have added all the feeds manually already).

OPML import doesn't work for me either: Categories get imported, but not the feeds themselves. In my case, the OPML file had been generated by Sharpreader (http://www.sharpreader.net/).

Don't worry, no more answer needed.
I already deinstalled rssLounge and changed to another product with a less shitty support. It also works!

OPML-Import does not work

Hi,

I was using Bloglines for the past couple of years.
Since they are shutting it down I just checked out rsslounge so that won't happen to me again

Installation was without any problems, but when I try to import the export.opml from Bloglines the first thing shown is:

"Bitte warten, während die OPML Datei importiert wird. Die Seite wird anschließend neu geladen."

and a few seconds later followed by:

"OPML Datei Fehler"

(I do speak German, so I know what it means ...)

I have no idea why this does not work, also no experience with .opml

This is the header of the file:

<opml version="1.1">

Bloglines Subscriptions

<dateCreated>Sun, 12 Sep 2010 08:42:17 GMT</dateCreated>
<ownerName></ownerName>

<outline title="Bloglines | News" text="Bloglines | News" htmlUrl="http://www.bloglines.com" type="rss" xmlUrl="http://www.bloglines.com/rss/about/news" />

followed by other entries in the same format and
</opml> at the end.

Any idea what's wrong here ??

Thanks!
