setting up the laps time of an article

Hello,

All my flux have 3 months of life. I think it's too long.
How to reduce this laps time of a flux.
For me, thirty days will be perfect.
On the home page, there's a screenshot showing this parameter.

But I don't find this parameter in settings, when i click on settings nothing happen.
So, where i can found it?
